Attention on retention means you have a lot of new customers come everyday and you also have to take care of them but as they come again and again then they become you regular customers which are more helpful for you to grow your customer.
Regular customers are those who come on your shop and buy your product again and again as you are earning lot of profit because of them your business activities work so it helps you to grow a lot ..
So it is required that you should take care of your regular customers by giving them
•some gift with product
Or
By giving them some more discount so that they remain your customer and also helps you to make your customers.
So from this point attention on retention you might able to know that what you should do to increase sale Is take care of new customers as well as old one so you might increase sales your business growth…
